Centreville, VA – Dec. 1, 2018 –  Home sales in the Singletons Grove subdivision continued a brisk pace in 2018.  The average sold price during Q3 2018 was $345,930 compared to $333,333 during the previous year – an increase of 3.78%.

Singletons Grove is just one of 600+ subdivisions across the Northern Virginia housing market. Other subdivisions include The Ridges of Glendilough in Fairfax, the Broadlands in Ashburn, and Stonegate in the City of Alexandria just to name a few. Each subdivision has its own unique selling characteristics and sub-market statistics that feed into the overall Northern Virginia market. Singletons Grove average selling price increase of 3.78% outpaced the 3.22% average price increase seen in the overall Northern Virginia region. Singletons Grove average DOM’s clocked just 20 days, which was markedly faster than the Northern Virginia average of 33 days. Consistent with the low DOM’s, Singletons Grove sellers generally received full listing price for their homes. Singletons Grove has continually proven to be a highly desirable community for buyers given its attractive price points compared to the overall Northern Virginia region.
